Terms of Service & Subscription Terms (Public Offer)
These Terms constitute a public offer made by NAYMAN ADVISORY - FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to any user (“you”, “User”) who purchases or uses the Life HUG’S service (“Service”).
1. Service Description
Life HUG’S is a digital membership subscription that provides access to educational and informational materials, including macro and market analytics based on publicly available data, a knowledge library, and access to a private Telegram community.
2. Not Regulated Financial Services
The Service is educational and informational only. We do not provide regulated financial services. We do not act as a broker, do not provide custody, do not manage client funds or assets, and do not execute transactions on behalf of Users.
3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for ensuring the Service is permitted under your local laws.
4. Plans, Pricing & Recurring Billing
Plans (USD):

Trial / Intro Offer: $7 for 7 days. Unless canceled before the end of the trial, it renews automatically at $35/month.

Monthly: $35 billed every 1 month until canceled.

Quarterly: $99 billed every 3 months until canceled.

Annual: $345 billed every 1 year until canceled.
Authorization: By subscribing, you expressly authorize the Company (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Currency: Fees are displayed at checkout. In some cases, payments may be processed in USD or AED (as shown at checkout).
5. Digital Delivery (Fulfillment)
The Service is delivered digitally (no physical goods). Access is provided via Telegram bot: t.me/lifehugs_bot. Access is granted instantly or within 24 hours in rare cases.
6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via our Telegram bot: t.me/lifehugs_bot.

Alternatively, you may request cancellation via email: support@life-hugs.com.

After cancellation, future renewal charges will not occur.

Access after cancellation: You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period (including the trial period, if applicable).
7. Refund Policy (7 days for first payment)

First-time subscribers: you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your first payment.

Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable.

If a refund is granted, we may cancel your subscription and revoke access to the Service and community.

8. Trial Reminders (where required)
Where required by applicable card network rules, we may send reminder notifications (e.g., email/SMS) before charging the first recurring payment after a trial/intro period, including a simple cancellation method/link.
9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, resell, publish, or distribute paid materials to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided within the Service are owned by the Company (or licensed to the Company). Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is” and may include opinions and interpretations based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for losses arising from use of the Service or reliance on information provided.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
